Connection Workshops

Join us for an in-person workshop with Kristine and co-facilitator Jan Cummins in the San Francisco Bay Area. These small-group sessions focus on themes of connection and cover a rotating selection of topics, such as values discovery and alignment, cultivating meaning in life, clarifying purpose, deepening friendships, and the science behind it all.

Connecting with Horses

Discover deeper connections with yourself and others through hands-on equine workshops in Sonoma County, California. In these half-day or multi-day sessions, guided ground interactions allow the herd to act as a mirror, offering honest feedback on your emotional presence. No prior horse experience is needed—just a willingness to engage, be real, and experience meaningful self-discovery.

Connection Circles

Host a guided connection circle with your professional group or gather friends for a connection dinner where I facilitate meaningful conversation around a topic of your choice. Over a shared meal or group experience, I will guide structured storytelling and exercises, fostering laughter, vulnerability, and closeness. It's not therapy or networking; it's a curated experience designed to deepen relationships and create shared meaning.

Will Work for Good Causes

I regularly volunteer to help vulnerable groups build deeper connections—from guiding foster youth through equine-facilitated learning that builds self-confidence and a sense of belonging, to helping incarcerated men break down barriers and find common ground through pickleball. • “This workshop offered something we rarely give ourselves—time and space to reflect on what truly matters. Through thoughtful exercises and guided discussion, I was able to reconnect with my core values and see more clearly where I want to direct my energy. I left feeling grounded, inspired, and equipped with practical tools to live with greater intention."

  • “The New Year intention workshop exceeded my expectations. They created a space that felt warm, grounded, and genuinely supportive, which made it easy to slow down and get clear about what really matters. I walked away with more focus, a sense of direction, and a calm confidence about the year ahead.”

  • “I attended an Intention Setting Workshop this past January that was informative, powerful, and inspiring. Through a series of writing and discussion exercises, we were guided to gain a deeper understanding of our core values and priorities. Kristine and Jan led with authenticity and vulnerability, creating a safe and supportive space that allowed participants to explore more deeply and reflect honestly about ourselves. I highly recommend this workshop and encourage anyone interested to attend any workshop they offer.”
